Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-05
These terms cover your use of marketingmathcalc.com, published by AUSSIE-AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17193460). By using the site you accept them.
Arithmetic, not advice
The calculators apply standard marketing formulas to the numbers you enter and show the result. They do not know your attribution settings, returns, fees, taxes or fixed costs, and they cannot tell you whether a campaign or budget is a good decision. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important figures against your own records before relying on them.
No guarantee
We test the calculators against published examples and independent checks, and we fix errors we find. Even so, the site is provided "as is", without any promise that it is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its results, including lost profit or wasted ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Fair use
Please don't try to disrupt the site, copy it in bulk, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it for anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The site's text, code and design belong to AUSSIE-AI LTD unless marked otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Platform and company names, such as Google, Amazon, Meta and Shopify, appear only to identify whose definition or example a figure comes from; none of them is connected with or endorses this site.
Other websites and ads
Pages link to platform help pages and other sources, and the site shows ads. We do not control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any consumer rights you have where you live.
